Pure energy is what comes to mind when you first meet Lizze Simanke. Her vitality for life is only surpassed by her dazzling smile.

Her bubbly personality and incredible enthusiasm is not just limited to property management. When not working, Lizzie and her and husband Dene are often seen running with their Alaskan Malamutes, at equestrian events or competing in triathlons.

Raewyn Carson

When not personally managing property issues for clients herself, Raewyn leads our admin support team. With her many years’ exerpeince in property management and even longer background in finance, Raewyn’s friendly and helpful natural means that no problem is too big or too small.

As Lizzie says “Raewyn is my rock. She’s patient and helpful… all our clients say that.”

Married with three lovely children, Raewyn enjoys dance and gym classes and although she denied being a ‘biker chick’ she does love anything to do with Harleys!
